Delivery & Set-up

Cake delivery and on-site set-up in the SW Portland Metropolitan area (including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Downtown Portland, NW Portland, SW Portland and the South Waterfront) is $65. Fees for deliveries outside this radius are based on mileage and are listed below. Please coordinate with your venue to have the cake table ready and waiting for us when we arrive to avoid any additional charges. If the delivery specialist has to wait at the delivery site (for the cake table to be set up, decorations or flowers to arrive, etc.), additional charges apply ($25 per additional 30- minute increment, rounded up). Cupcake set-up is generally included in the delivery charge. Cakes smaller than three tiers must be picked up from our shop.

Deposits and Holding the Date

You may absolutely hold the date by placing a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your estimated order. The final balance is due in full two weeks prior to your event. Orders placed less than two weeks in advance of the event may be subject to a 30% rush fee.

Other Information

Cake stand and dessert tower rental rates: 50 rental fee, plus 50 refundable deposit when resturned to Crave Bake Shop within one week in the same condition in which it leaves. Returning after 1 week, without prior arrangement forfeits the deposit.

Note: for orders over $100, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the event and payment in full is due 1 week before event.
